These are things we have found thus far that work with a relatively high degree of confidence. Nothing in life is guaranteed, but these are excellent in theory and have been put in practice without catching on fire.

4 Year Loans

Most people have debt and are only paying off interest at more than 7% APR. Some people have money that they're looking to invest long term hoping for at least 5% APR return on investment. Why not combine the two?
